Coffeyville Regional Medical Center has set it up so that I receive a census of all the Methodist patients every day at 7:50 am. I’m happy to be helping test this new system because it means I can check the census without making a trip to the hospital (roughly half of the trips I make are made only to find out that we don’t have any members in the hospital). However, patients only show up on the census I receive if they were recorded as Methodists when they are admitted, so the only sure fire way to make sure Jenny and I know someone is in the hospital remains to give us a call and let us know.
