I just finished listening to the Prairie Home Companion, but I’m a week behind (I was listening to the April 11, 2009 edition). Garrison Keillor was talking about the use of fairly traded palms harvested in an environmentally friendly way in Lake Wobegon on Palm Sunday. Sounds to me like eco-palms have become so widely used that they’ve made the jump to fictional Lutheran churches.
