Observing a Holy Lent

Jenny and I were amazed at how many people attended Ash Wednesday services yesterday. There were 18 people at the 12:15 service and 80 at 5:45 (including the two of us). First United Methodist Church is off to a great start, I pray we may encourage one another to continue (in the words of the Ash Wednesday service) “to observe a holy Lent.”
