Plundering the Egyptians

I’m preaching for the third Sunday in a row tomorrow. The sermon follows naturally (in my mind at least) from the one I preached last week on Acts 17.22-31. I’ll be preaching on Exodus 3.13-22 and 12.35-36 with a sermon titled “Plundering the Egyptians.” The term refers to the practice of borrowing what is good and true from none Christian sources. Rich Tuttle, a United Methodist Pastor, has a solid introduction to the concept.
