For the last several years, we, as a church, have dedicated the offering received on Christmas Eve to the church’s Emergency Assistance Fund (which helps members of the community in dire need). So, when we had to cancel the Christmas Eve service this past year due to the weather, it was the Emergency Assistance Fund that took the hit. For that reason this year’s special offering for Easter will benefit the Emergency Assistance Fund. There is a special offering envelope in this newsletter that can be placed in the offering plate on Sunday or mailed to the church office (304 W 10th ST, Coffeyville, KS 67337) if you wish to participate.
